About DRMR
WHO WE ARE
Created in February 2024, DRMR Global is an innovative community dedicated to nurturing the growth and empowerment of women as a collective. Our mission is to THINK GLOBAL, BUILD LOCAL, while providing valuable resources for female entrepreneurs and content creators. We believe in the power of collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual support, and we're committed to creating a safe space where women can thrive.
Since the beginning, we have hosted a range of free* events, for the ladies in our community including:
- Galentine's workout sponsored by Barry's
- Fitness and wellness sessions
- Networking brunches
- Branding and social media strategy workshops
- Content creation opportunities, such as professional headshots
*please note: the events have been free for all the ladies in attendance but we would like to thank all of the sponsors who offered contribution in cost of venues, food, studios, services and many other resources, the development of DRMR wouldn’t be possible without you.

About Creator:
Rosie LV Bayona is the visionary founder and creator of DRMR Global. Born in Bogotá, Colombia, and raised in Los Angeles, CA Rosie was instilled with confidence and a strong work ethic from a young age. With a passion for empowering women and children, at only 14 years young Rosie simultaneously began working in tutoring children as well as beginning her first fashion internship with Lady Foot Locker. Fast forward to half a life later, refusing to be boxed in only one career path, Rosie has accumulated an impressive array of achievements amongst different industries, including:
- Four degrees: Child Development, Fashion Design, and most recently an MBA (Masters of Business Administration)
- Senior corporate roles for global fashion brands by age 25
- An extensive clientele of elite families built through tutoring students and supporting mothers with the development of their children
- A sold out luxury apparel line designed for multiple generations to match
- A podcast selected by Spotify Studios, focusing on purpose, independence, wellness, growth and mental health
Rosie's career and entrepreneurial journey has been marked by a commitment to social impact, dedication, and personal growth. With her expertise, network, and dedication, Rosie created DRMR Global to leverage resources and support women in building their businesses, content, visions and most importantly, DREAMS. Her purpose-driven approach has fostered a community that values collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual support. Rosie created this safe space to build the DRMR within you.
